Analytics

We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) to understand how our service is used and to improve it.

PostHog processes the following information on our behalf:

  • Pages you visit and links you interact with
  • Specific buttons and form interactions (anonymized to element identifiers)
  • Your account email, username, and platform connections (only after you sign in)
  • Session recordings of how you interact with the app, with all form inputs masked

You can opt out of analytics at any time via our cookie banner. When you opt out, PostHog uses in-memory only persistence. No analytics cookies are stored and no data persists across visits.

Data is stored on PostHog’s U.S. infrastructure. We retain analytics data for up to seven years and session recordings for thirty days.

Keeping Your Personal Information Secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach.
